Kick Off Meeting : Good move – You’ve chosen Web Choice UK as your digital partner. From here we will gather all of your key requirements, identify any business pains and tailor a winning strategy to move your project forwards with!
LEARN : Exceptional websites start by understanding your requirements. We’ll ask you questions to understand your image, goals, budget, target markets, content requirements, reference sites, materials and desired outcomes. Basically, we’ll cover everything you know and want at this point.
PLAN : Once we’ve learned what you need, it’s time to start planning how we are going to make it happen. We’ll map out your sites architecture, defining sections and pages including their flow and relationship to each other. We’ll create a functional specification—a document that sets out in detail the things your website must do, and how it will do them.
The next stage is about us planning your requirements in terms of the look and feel of the websites layout/functionality. We infuse our creativeness and showcase our skills to supplement your project.
DESIGN : We’ll get our creative ideas flowing which results in us sketching and mocking-up your site. Choices about layout, type size and colour palettes are tested within a number of ideas—we’ll identify what works best in order to communicate your website’s goals. We’ll review the mock ups with you and refine/revise accordingly until we have approval.
Our web designer will design one or more mock-ups for your website. This shows what the final web design will look like. You will also communicate with your web designer and swap ideas, until you get the best design for your website.
User Experience Design : This is where we will define the User Journey through User Flows and Wire Frames to confirm the layout and functionality of your website. This ensures that the key elements of the web project are mapped out and clearly in place before moving onto how the website will look visually.
User Interface Design : Here our Creative Team will tailor a beautiful and engaging design for the project. We will follow the elements established during the User Experience Stage and come up with Word Class Graphic Designs and Visuals for your project.
BUILD : Once your killer design is signed off we put your site into development. We’ll build a working system that mimics the final design with clean, semantic code. Your site is then deployed to a staging environment where we’ll rigorously test its functionality and iron out any bugs before handing the system over to you for testing.
Systematic Development : Where the static designs come to life! Our leading team of developers will program the front-end (what visitors see) and back-end (your admin side) of your website to ensure it has the full functionality (all the bells and whistles) confirmed during the User Experience Stages!
TESTING : A website that doesn’t run lightning quick and as smooth as silk is no use to man or beast! Our attentive Quality Assurance (QA) Team will carefully test each aspect of your platform and squash any pesky bugs to make sure your website visitors have nothing less than a phenomenal experience on your website.
LIFT OFF / LAUNCH : Once everyone is satisfied we’ll put your website into a launch-ready state. Your website will require content. We’ll work with you to ensure you are unstoppable when it comes to using and populating your new website. When you’ve finally perfected the site, it’s time to release it to the public.
Finally it’s time to Go Live! We will upload your website into ours or your own servers at an agreed date and time and provide on-going support as required.
